Interim Legal Assistant (Litigation)

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group is seeking two interim Legal Assistants (Litigation). Overview : Our client is seeking two Legal Assistants to support its in-house Litigation Department. Company: Public, global logistics and shipping company.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Location: Onsite for at least 3 months in Irvine, CA Responsibilities Include: Note: Our client has two openings for Legal Assistants.

One role will provide litigation support two (2) of its in-house litigation “teams”. Each “team” consists of one lawyer and one paralegal. The other Legal Assistant will provide litigation support to one “team” and also support the Managing Director in managing their travel and calendar, keeping the office organized, ordering supplies, paying bills, organizing office events and other administrative tasks as required. E-file in state and federal court, Use MS Word to format documents for litigation (including creating the Table of Contents, and Table of Authorities) Organize files and create “shells” for litigation Calendar litigation deadlines Basic clerical work like processing mail, faxes and making copies Provide support to other teams as needed Qualifications Include:
