SUPPORT, ANALYSIS, and RESEARCH
Responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation and support of interfaces including analysis of data, business owner interaction for discovery, testing, documentation of requirements, building and maintaining mapping tables.
Provide direct technical support for all requirements in the planning, coordination, programming and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to the interface server environment.
Plans and implements major software upgrades, ensuring change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed.
Provides 3rd level support and architectural design for the technical data interface infrastructure environment of the hospital.
Responsible for one or more of the following:
Iguana Interface platform
Responsible for the technical scoping and planning with technical staff, application staff, and project management.
Proof of concept design and review.
Provides support to application analysts and participates in the development, validation and execution of comprehensive implementation and test plans.
Coordinates deployment into production.
Monitors, patches and maintains through the lifecycle process.
Secures and hardens infrastructure by applying best practice security methodologies.
Technology roadmap planning and testing for future interface platforms.
Requires impeccable attention to detail and thorough technical documentation maintenance.
Performs 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.Creates detailed work-related specifications, system design documentation, procedures, process and data flows, and project and change management plans.
Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrates proficient degree of analytical skills.
Supports multiple concurrent work efforts, educates and coaches other team members, and works with minimal supervision in support of team initiatives.
