MUFG Union Bank is seeking a Vice President level candidate to join our Interest Rate Derivatives Sales team.
Structure creative interest rate derivatives solutions for commercial, commercial real estate and private wealth clients
Source opportunities by partnering with Relationship Managers to identify interest rate risk associated with debt financing
Develop strong internal relationships to further the product brand
Achieve annual revenue and client calling goals
Mentor junior staff to support team development
Support the documentation process including ISDA and onboarding (regulatory)
Champion internal projects to identify areas of business growth and improved efficiency
Actively manage personal development and career path
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Interest Rate Derivatives, preferably in the middle market or real estate industries
Deep knowledge of fixed income derivatives products and applications
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Positive, team-first attitude
Demonstrated proficiency in handling and meeting multiple projects and deadlines
The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
