3Ci is looking for an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Developer. As a skilled Java Interactive Voice Response Developer, you will work closely with our Client's IVR team, collaborating on both ongoing upgrades and future enhancements.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering

  • 3 - 10 years of agile/scrum experience in application development using Java, REST & SOAP web services, and secured communications or other object-oriented programming languages

  • Proven experience with development environments, frameworks, and APIs such as Tomcat, JSON, Avaya, security SSL/TLS 1.2 certificates import/export, etc.

  • Experience with Oracle

General Requirements

  • Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL - intermediate to advanced queries

  • Experience with Oracle

Preferred Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with IVR application development or support

  • Knowledge of Avaya OD development and Avaya Full-Stack environment

  • Experience in systems management of Linux, scripting, log management, software distribution (packaging)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server

  • Experience in Call Center technologies

Essential Functions

  • Building and managing personal relationships within a large IT organization and with multiple vendors

  • Managing both production support and project-related activities concurrently

  • Participating in after-hours on-call support rotation

  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Working in a professional environment with limited direct supervision

  • Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Approaching problem-solving in a methodical manner

  • Learning new skills in rapidly changing solutions

  • Documenting user requirements and developing solutions to meet business objectives

  • Collaborate with the IVR team to support ongoing upgrades and future enhancements

  • Develop robotic solutions, design and develop test automation, and communicate status to management and stakeholders

  • Coordinate and facilitate test automation planning, design, and execution sessions

  • Identify opportunities for improved testing efficiencies and automated test solutions

  • Automate manual processes in collaboration with application owners and IT staff

  • Perform other tasks as required
