The Intelligent Review Lead will work directly with the Review Manager, clients, temporary employees and the e-Discovery data team to leverage the use of advanced technologies and workflows. The Intelligent Review Lead is responsible for supervision of temporary employees, project related client communications and reporting, support of process based systems as directed by the Review Manager and the Director, and supervision of our Managed Review Center(s) as needed.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing project execution as directed by the Review Manager.
Working with Sales and Outside Recruiting to ensure the needs of the client and project are being fully met
Delivering project workflows as designed by the Client and Review Manager.
Updating the project schedule to support the timely completion of client matters.
Develop expertise in advanced eDiscovery technologies and workflows.
Assist clients in understanding the appropriate uses of advanced technologies in review situations
Assist the Review Manager in determining the requirement of external contractors or consultants to accomplish the project plan, recruiting and managing appropriate staffing if required.
Provide support to the Review Manager in tracking and reporting project milestones and providing status reports to project sponsors.
Assisting Review Manager with mentoring and motivating members of project team.
Guiding the QC and QA efforts required on each project on which they are assigned.
Determining effectiveness of the use of technology and create reports on topic for clients.
Measuring effectiveness of workflows and technologies as directed by the Review Manager.
Ensuring successful archive of project documents after the project completion.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Bar Admission/Good Standing
1-3 years hands-on experience in legal project management activities
