Organization Overview: The Global Transformation Center (GTC) team is an integral part of the Corporate Accounting Shared Services global framework, dedicated to merging people, technology, and strategic innovations to enhance value creation through efficient automation. Our mission includes designing and implementing technology solutions that support our automation roadmap, establishing robust partnerships with technology experts and global process owners, and ensuring stellar project execution. We also assist partner teams with automation ideation, technology design or implementation inquiries, and education on future automation trends.

Job Role: We are seeking a GTC Intelligent Finance Process Automation and AI Manager with specialized expertise in finance and accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic attitude, sound business judgment, deep analytical capabilities, a collaborative working style, superior interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm for embracing and driving change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, coordinate, and implement automation projects using emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligent (AI) as well as leading RPA tools such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or BluePrism.

• Conduct experiments and explore new AI techniques/technologies to assess their viability and impact on business processes and maintain best practices associated with such technologies.

• Providing guidance and support in the design and deployment of automation opportunities in R2R, Controlling, Consolidation, P2P, Indirect Tax and Payroll with global process owners.

• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of AI or Intelligent Automation powered automation.

• Serve as the primary automation escalation point of contact with global process owners as well as internal and external technology partners.

• Monitor the performance of AI and Intelligent Automation applications and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

• Participate in peer reviews to enhance automation process design and data analytic development.

• Create and maintain standard operating policies, templates, and procedural documentation for automation projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Over six years of experience in finance and/or accounting.

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Holds a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; a master's degree is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Eager to continually learn and expand skills in process improvement and data analytics.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

• Capable of working independently while being an integral part of a global team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification is a plus.

• Advanced technical proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Excel

• Proficient in data visualization and self-serve BI tools such as Tableau, Tellius, or Power BI.

• Previous experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or BluePrism.

• Experience with SAP S/4Hana implementation or system operations.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$106,800 - $162,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
