Role Description:
Extract qualitative and quantitative relationships, including patterns and trends from large amounts of data. Troubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate actions. Use technology to mine complex, voluminous, and different varieties of data from various sources and platforms, including collecting, analyzing, and compiling data to meet client needs. Identify new sources of data and methods to improve collection, analysis, and reporting. Build data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers to monitor and report on data. Improve the quality of data use and usability by driving knowledge and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions. Work collaboratively with intelligence and data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data that support intelligence products.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with algorithms and data manipulation capabilities using R and Python
  • Experience with JEMA and Machine Shop
  • Experience with dissecting and interpreting large data sets in support of real world operations
  • Experience with decision tree analysis, mathematical programming, and optimization
  • Experience with neural networks, genetic algorithms, and other computational methods
  • Experience with segmentation and clustering and test design or design of experiments
  • Experience with Bayesian and Conjoint analysis
  • Knowledge of regression, including linear, logistic, multinomial, and censored
  • HS diploma or GED

Must have an active TS/SCI to be considered for this position Contingent / Noncontingent X Job Summary: ZelTech has a requirement for a mid-level Signals Geospatial Intelligence Analyst (SGA) to support planning and integration of new and existing intelligence collection, exploitation, reporting, dissemination, and evaluation capabilities into AFSOC Distributed Ground Station (DGS)/intelligence units and shall provide implementation of these warfighting capabilities through direct support to AFSOC. This includes integration of data from SIGINT collection, fusion, correlation, and dissemination systems related to UAS-RPA, manned, satellite systems, and surface/ground collection platforms conducting ISR operations. Essential Job Functions: The Signals Geospatial Intelligence Analyst (SGA) shall provide experienced analyst functions for signals intelligence (SIGINT) to AFSOC in support of a full range of intelligence operations and USSOCOM unit requirements. Specifically, the SGA shall provide an integration capability for National Intelligence Community's collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities into AFSOC planning, threat analysis, targeting, and assessment processes in support of joint SOF and coalition operations. The SGA plans, guides and conducts knowledge management support activities to synchronize plans, policies, standards, and procedures pertaining to AFSOC SIGINT analytical activities. The SGA shall provide expertise in SIGINT collection capabilities, exploitation processes, analytical methodologies, and associated TTPs. The SGA shall work directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret information gleaned from SIGINT collection, analysis, and reporting to produce, augment, or enhance multi-source intelligence products. The SGA shall provide SIGINT advisory, training, process definition and documentation support as well as operational support for AFSOC PED execution. The SGA is required to be trained-in, and able to utilize multiple all-source, SIGINT-specific, and SOF unique tools/software (e.g. Defense Connect on-line, mIRC, Jabber, JWICs, SOCRATES, DNET-6, DNET-10, and Microsoft Office applications for reports, briefings and spreadsheets). In response to mission requirements, the SGA will provide intelligence products to the government. Responsibility for validating and releasing the intelligence products resides with the Government/Military. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have 10 years of experience conducting SIGINT collection, analysis, reporting, research and/or COMINT & ELINT research and 6 years DNI/DNR Experience. Must be familiar with SIGINT software and reporting tools as well as All-Source intelligence software and reporting tools. Must have experience supporting SOF, and familiar in SOF-specific toolsets and software programs. Must be experienced in the following: * SIGINT reporting and product development * Intelligence/ISR fusion: Integrating SIGINT-based intelligence in all-source intelligence products * SIGINT (COMINT & ELINT) research * Exposure and knowledge of airborne, space borne, and ground SIGINT Collection * SIGINT Software and Tools * ISR PED Support * ARC GIS Expertise * All-Source Intelligence Software and Tools Desired: Experience working in support of ISR missions, and Processing, Dissemination and Exploitation support.
