Position Description Are you passionate about helping to ensure our warfighters maintain technological superiority over our adversaries? Then this job is right for you You will help to define requirements for future Air Force programs and systems.

In this role, you will be expected to support a wide variety of analytical projects involving requirements generation, concept of operations development, roadmap development, and life-cycle acquisition support. Projects will involve working for and with a variety of Air Force, DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. Will work with senior government personnel on a regular basis and frequently be called on to provide briefings and lead large meetings.

Projects will require an on-site presence in addition to homesite. Services include some or all of the following: Provide objective analysis, insight, and recommendations to customers on a wide variety of topics• Provide intelligence expertise to development of JCIDs documents, conduct capability-based assessments and analysis of alternatives, and develop capability roadmaps• Develop sophisticated products such as Concepts of Operations, JCIDS documents (ICDs, CDDs, etc.), and analytical studies and policy documents• Participate in and lead collaborative working groups such as IPTs and coordinate staffing among a variety of government and industry organizations• Develop and present high-level briefings to senior government or corporate customers• May serve in project management positions• Support bid and proposal review/analysis• Contribute to business development initiatives of the company Qualifications To be eligible for this position, you will have the following qualifications:

Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's Degree Experience in USAF operations Recent (within the past 8 years) MAJCOM experience 10 years intelligence experience Experience working in large groups Experience briefing senior military officers Experience supporting requirements generation, resource analysis, and Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System (JCIDS) Located in, or willing to relocate to the Hampton Roads area Willing to work on site at Langley AFB for extended periods - i.e., months Ability to travel extensively to NW Florida, Dayton, OH and other customer sites -as much as 50%, intermittently In addition, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Experience developing or staffing JCIDS documents Previous SAP exposure Master's Degree Experience at Air Combat Command HQs Requirements management training certification Level B Company Overview Serco Inc.
