Are you an Intelligence Analyst with demonstrated experience in space based communication technologies? Then we have an opportunity for you to support the Maka Nui Joint Feasibility Study (JFS).
The Maka Nui JFS will determine the operational necessity and technical feasibility of conducting a follow-on joint test (JT) or quick reaction test (QRT) to develop, test, and validate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to support transport of data via space-ground optical communications and integration into command, control, and communications systems to enable multi-domain warfighting.
As an Intelligence Analyst Analyst you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:
Assess the feasibility of a two-year Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), Joint Test and Evaluation Program (JT&E) project to develop, test, and evaluate TTP to used optimize integration of the Maka Nui optical communication capability into systems-of-systems architecture ensuring data resiliency and redundancy.
Use advanced techniques to clean, normalize and analyze data used in mission-critical tests

A week in the life of an Intelligence Analyst:
Interface with Space Development Agency (SDA), USINDOPACOM, USPACFLT, DOT&E, JT&E, and the Air Force Joint Test Program Office for JFS execution.
Conduct research, obtain relevant documents and directives, and establish liaison with sponsors and other interested participants.
Identify test article(s) that are prototypes of the test product and are used during testing. Test article examples include new or improved TTP, CONOPS, or CONEMP; a proposed system-of -systems architecture; a new or different process model; or a new test methodology.
Develop a Joint Test Project Master Plan that is the primary document for managing a chartered joint test. The Project Master Plan includes definition of the joint test problem, scope of the test, test issues and measures, test concept, test limitations, and risks.
Develop a Joint Test schedule.
Prepare briefing materials for technical advisory boards and senior advisory councils.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience in/as: Intelligence Analysis; Combatant Command J2/J3/J6 staff experience; Operational HQ and Tactical Planning; Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN) systems; Optical Ground Station/Terminal operation; Space-Ground Communication systems; Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3); Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2); combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of a degree
Top Secret security clearance minimum
Familiarity with test and assessment, operational assessment, demonstration processes, procedures and techniques, data collection, and reporting as pertains to space-ground data transport systems and command and control systems.
Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders at the senior executive level.
