This position is primarily responsible for conducting Security and Counterintelligence Analysis for RMS Supply Chain and other related duties on behalf of the LM RMS Business Area and includes support to Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Security Investigations, and Threat Management Programs. Identifies emerging trends and patterns, conducts risk assessments, and performs threat mitigation.

Provides recommendations to RMS Counterintelligence/Insider Threat Program Senior Official and the leadership team/decision makers on methodologies, results, and conclusions from applied research. Ensures RMS Supply Chain Threat Mitigation activities are thoroughly performed and properly documented for business reference and quality. Delivers recommendations and formulates/implements assessment strategies for review by the leadership team to apply across the enterprise.

Responsible for supporting investigators in a variety of internal employee-related investigations across LM RMS in accordance with Company policy and procedure. Prepares written summary of research. Presents analytical findings to program managers.

Responsible for analyzing data and drawing conclusions supported by the facts. Responsible for developing and applying advanced concepts, technique, and standards. Interfaces with Corporate Office of Counterintelligence Operations (COCI) and Senior Management on Supply Chain Risk Mitigation issues and supports functional leadership, including HR, Legal, Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) organizations.

Understands relevant federal, state, and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures. Demonstrates integrity and sensitivity of diverse cultures; performs detailed work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; exercises diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.

This position is geographically located at larger LM RMS Facilities. Travel on short notice is also required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in analysis and research for industry infrastructure, risk analysis for supply chain and/or counterintelligence experience.

  • Candidate must demonstrate extensive knowledge in Risk Integration/Supply Chain Analysis threat mitigation with a degree in applicable studies or equivalent experience in the field.

  • Proficiency in analytical report writing

  • Must be a self-starter with proven skills and impeccable ethical standards.

  • Must be well versed with preparing assessments of current events based on sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source information.

  • Candidate must be capable of interpreting specific Government policies and procedures relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

  • Well refined analytical and organizational skills are essential.

Compiles material cost in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) requirements using supplier quotes, price agreements, price history, engineering estimates and applies appropriate analysis techniques to adjust for quantity and timeframe differences. The position requires interface with all functional groups (Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Finance and Sourcing) to fully understand ground rules as well as participate in management reviews, customer fact-finding, and government audits to support the basis of estimates. Candidate must be knowledgeable on bills of materials, indentured parts lists, material costing, sloping and escalating, and the DoD sourcing environment. Familiarity with P2P, and specifically the MCE module is a plus. Candidate must be largely self-sufficient in daily responsibilities. Basic Qualifications Candidate should have experience with material estimating techniques, understand bill of material structures and have knowledge of the proposal process.
