As a critical member of the Growth team directly reporting to the Senior Risk Analyst, this role helps to analyze and report out on OnSolve's risk intelligence data, understanding impacts at a global and local level and sharing that information across various information channels.
The Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for monitoring a broad range of open-source events to help clearly articulate the impact of current and future risks for specific regions, companies and individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing trends and giving narrative examples to support those trends. Ideal candidates for this role will have tremendous intellectual curiosity with a willingness to lean in, solve complex problems providing incredible value for our customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
Play a critical role in developing and delivering OnSolve's Intelligence Services, working closely with leadership to refine processes and deliver differentiated, scalable services for OnSolve customers
Work within OnSolve's various databases to query data to uncover areas of focus and opportunity
Analyze client/prospect events, locations and risk events and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to better understand and quantify risk impact
Conduct extensive research to gain an understanding of business structure, challenges and assess risk profile of a business by analyzing historical risk data and the impact of risk to a business
Present findings in a clear, easy to understand manner, to senior security leaders
Monitor active risk events and recommend strategies based on analysis
Uncover, review, evaluate and suggest new sources of intelligence
Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and intelligence expert when delivering incident management support services
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A minimum of five years' experience in intelligence analysis, crisis management or equivalent military experience
Bachelor's degree in business, international studies, data science, or equivalent experience in military intelligence or similar government roles
Have a passion for AI applications, big-data analysis, risk intelligence and physical security operations
Highly skilled with all aspects of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Creative, analytical mind with solid quantitative skills
Strong interest in paving the way and building new ways to do things
Strong time-management skills and keen eye for details
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates everyday teamwork, collaboration, strong work ethic, results orientation, and kindness.
