Intellectual Disabilities- Service Director

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Work:

• Manage assigned residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved

• Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements

• Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives

• Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and five years of progressive experience in Intellectual disabilities or related field

• Five years of supervisory experience

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization

• Excellent time management skills and ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations

• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn utilize web based systems

• Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle

• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including criminal record check and MVR
