Position Summary:

As an Integrations Implementation Project Manager, you will lead and drive projects to bring new partners on board. These projects are critical for the company's revenue goals, so working with our partners to ensure timely technical support and quality answers are provided is key to the success on this role. This role is responsible to maintain projects up to date throughout the integration projects lifecycle, from concept to post-deployment. The Integrations Implementation Project Manager will work with partners to resolve technical issues while providing world-class customer service. You will also have the opportunity to partner with members of the engineering, product management, customer support, and marketing teams.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage integration projects through the lifecycle (create projects in Salesforce, update projects, maintain projects dashboard)

  • Lead meetings/conversations with partners

  • Coordinate partner integration demo sessions

  • Follow up with partners

  • Lead integrations initiatives across multiple products that impact the organization

  • Be the focal point to partners during and after an integration project

  • Help drive continuous improvement for the integrations processes by working closely with the Integration Operations Manager.

  • Help create and maintain technical support documentation by working closely with the Integrations Technical Content Engineer and Integrations Operations Manager.

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management

  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to inspire confidence while working with partners/customers through the project lifecycle.

  • Strong Business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility (web services)

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Domo analytics to create dashboards

  • Ability to properly document and create customer support content

  • Creative analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high partner/customer satisfaction

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced multi-tasking skills

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and search for answers by himself/herself

  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, pro-active, self-starter, self-learner, and not afraid of asking questions.

Physical Demands:

Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator and copier/fax.

Work Environment:

The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. The ideal protected indoor work environment is a clean, non-hazardous work area. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office or remote home environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
