We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Technical Project Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee and manage complex technical projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery while maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder relationships. Reporting directly to our Andrew Stroup (Co-Founder & CTO), you will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead CUSTOMER-facing end-to-end integration technical project management, from inception to delivery, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

  • Provide hands-on business and technical requirements and guidance to clients and internal teams to ensure successful integration of the Leverage platform.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates, communicating progress to internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating project status and updates daily.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and customer/supplier onboarding/success, to deliver solutions that exceed client requirements.

  • Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the implementation process, working with relevant stakeholders to mitigate and resolve them promptly.

  • Continuously improve the implementation process by identifying opportunities for streamlining, automation, and standardization.

  • Maintain highly detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risks, and progress reports.

  • Allocate and manage resources, both internal and external, to meet evolving project requirements effectively.

  • Previous experience with startup growth, typically as a founder.

  • Experience in a consulting role, especially in technology or IT consulting.

  • Experience in the supply chain industry.

  • Background as a software engineer.

  • MBA from a top program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in technical project management, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

  • Proven history of introducing innovative solutions and strategies to enhance project outcomes.

  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Exceptional skills in managing internal stakeholders, facilitating communication, and driving collaboration across teams.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving teams towards project goals and objectives.

  • Genuine passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of tech trends.

  • Strong experience with SaaS platforms, SQL, APIs, and integration methodologies.

The base salary range for this role is between $80-120k. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and the successful candidate's overall fit within our organization. The total package will include benefits and stock options.
