Integration Support Engineer 2

Oracle's Construction & Engineering GBU product development organization builds and supports the best cloud solutions available for the construction industry. The Textura Payment Management (TPM) application provides a collaborative solution for managing construction invoicing and payment processes. TPM facilitates billions of dollars of B2B payments every month.

We are seeking a Support Engineer on the TPM Integration team. Our team owns the mission critical systems that connect hundreds of customers to the TPM cloud application.

You will join a fast-paced, high-profile development organization. In this role you will support Tier-2 escalations by investigating, analyzing and resolving integration issues. You will work with multiple teams to gather requirements, participate in troubleshooting sessions, propose, test and document solutions. In addition, you will support daily operations, including proactive monitoring, trend analysis, dashboard/report creation and configuration management. 100% remote position.
