Job Description

As Integration Support, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption and successful implementation of our client's flagship product. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, supporting teams, external partners, and accountants to ensure a seamless transition for small businesses embracing the power of this product. Your primary responsibilities will include executing custom implementation plans, managing the conversion process for small business clients, and delivering an outstanding first-use experience that delights accountants and encourages them to actively recommend this product to others. You will also prioritize workloads, identify process improvements, and clearly communicate recommendations, plans, and progress to customers and internal stakeholders.

Throughout your tenure, you will develop and maintain expertise in our client's products and solutions, with a particular emphasis this product's ecosystem. Professional interactions with internal and external partners will be a key aspect of your role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales, supporting teams, external partners, and accountants to accelerate adoption and ensure successful implementation of this product.
• Help execute custom implementation plans for the accounts to embrace this product  for their firm and for their small business clients.
• Manage the seamless conversions of small business clients onto this product while delivering an awesome first-use experience for clients and delighting accountants so they actively recommend this product to others.
• Clearly execute recommendations, plans, and progress with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize workload and identify process improvements while executing within timelines.
• Develop and maintain expertise of our client's products and solutions, with emphasis on the this product's ecosystem.
• Engage in professional interactions with internal and external partners.

Required Experience/Skills

• Ability to clearly communicate technical needs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to technically troubleshoot whenever needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and other findings across organizational levels.
• Aptitude for juggling competing priorities and functioning effectively under deadline pressures with multiple project requirements.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Prior experience working with accountants or in the accounting field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
