About The Opportunity

Position Summary

Develops and implements solutions coordinating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Reuses components when possible and assists management in buy/build decisions.

Essential to this Position

Implementation Specialists are crucial to any implementation project since they are instrumental in identifying issues and resolving them, as well as keeping channels of communication open between the project management team and the end users. They ensure that the solution meets expectations upon launch, and that end users understand how to use it, and how they will benefit from it.

Key Duties Responsibilities:

  • Assists external clients in the implementation of proprietary platform Smart-Trak

  • Internal expert regarding

Smart-Trak and its implementation

  • Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes.

  • Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans

  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups

  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process

  • May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposal

Essential for


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience writing advanced/complex SQL scripts and sub-quires

  • Experience writing code in Microsoft C#

  • Experience using an integration tool allowing for the transition between platforms; ( ORBIS to Customer; Customer to ORBIS)

  • Report writing skills

  • Superior communication skill

  • Knowledge of application testing and ability to design, plan and execute application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development

  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of specific tools and toolkits for the development and support of applications

  • Knowledge of and the ability to plan, organize, monitor and control It projects ensuring the utilization of technical resources to better achieve project objectives

This positon must provide exceptional customer service. Operates under minimal supervision. ABOUT ROGERS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Based in Wisconsin since 1907, Rogers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit provider of behavioral health services and is nationally recognized for its specialized psychiatry and addiction services. Anchored by the main campus in Oconomowoc, WI, Rogers offers evidence-based treatment for adults, children, and adolescents with depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, and Trauma (PTSD). Rogers provides residential care and has three inpatient facilities that serve southeastern Wisconsin.
