The Integration Services Manager (Case Aide) will be responsible for providing coaching and skills based training and other services including structured activities off-site and arrange for other support services within the community and provide transportation to those appointments, Another main function will be to monitor the youth's probation curfew times via home based curfew checks. The Integration Services Manager (Case Aide) Will work part time (22 hours per week) including evenings and weekends as needed in the client home and community; will also be on an on-call schedule to help with off hour crisis support.
Review all available assessments and reports provided by DJJ
Provide face to face and telephonic curfew checks.
Participate in weekly staffing
Provide transportation to and from appointments, schools, structured activities, DJJ counseling services as needed
Serve as mentor or coach to the youth
Provide individualized skills based training on employment readiness and other social skills sets
Assist in setting up community service activities for youth as needed
Ensure the timely completion of all documentation in accordance with DJJ requirements
Ensure all daily documentation is completed and documented in selected database/s in a timely manner.
Facilitate and/or co-facilitate group counseling and recreation sessions.
Provide wraparound based case management services to youth and family
Ensure that the YES plan is being followed and is reviewed every 30 days
Provide 24 hour crisis stabilization for clients and their families as needed.
Provide home visits with clients and families as required by program model needed
Ensure that youth and family are linked to needed services and natural supports
Assist youth in meeting probation requirements
Provide advocacy support services as needed.
Attend and participate in all required professional SWK and DJJ required trainings
Maintain open and consistent communication with youth and families, JJCIS SWK team, DJJ staff and community stakeholders.
Transport clients to program activities, court appointments, school hearings or other treatment meetings as needed.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Integration Services Managers (Case Aides) shall possess a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience working with youth or four years of experience working with youth. A combination of education and appropriate experience shall meet this qualification. Degrees must be conferred from an accredited college or university.

Must be 21years of age
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel), variety of online database systems.
Possess excellent verbal and writing skills.
Clear background check from appropriate entity
Must possess a valid state driver's license, registration and maintain state mandated car insurance.
Must be able to drive personal vehicle for work and transport clients
Spanish speaking preferred
Must be able to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR). Must be able to become certified in selected physical restraint techniques. Must be able to drive in various weather conditions. Daily use of various office equipment. Bending, stooping, climbing up stairs and lifting up to 30 lbs. required to complete daily tasks.
General office environment. Frequent driving and visiting in various communities in the county. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business casual apparel. Home based work in youth's neighborhoods during evening hours.
