Perform responsibilities under general and direct supervision of the Director of Integration
Provides front office training, policy and procedure implementation for new locations in coordination with the Integration team and Regional PC team
Perform as a lead part of Regional PC, Integration, and Training Team
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel often and as needed to IvyRehab locations spanning Ivy Rehab footprint
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with Raintree EMR
Participate in strategic planning activities of front office operational plans leading up to new facility integrations
Lead front office aspects of integration in coordination with Director of Integration
Lead the training of new hires for PC/PR role with newly acquired/partnered sites. Assess training progress and report to Director of Integration. Provide plan of action, in coordination with Regional PCs, for any PC/PR that are identified to as needing additional training
Facilitate a teamwork approach to ensure new clinics understand EMR, policies/procedures, and IvyRehab's culture and philosophy of best in class clinical care
Monitor each integrated clinic's performance metrics and formulate a plan of action for improvement as necessary. Including performance related to individual site audits and accounts
Formulate a plan for transition of new clinic to regional operations team
Monitor and distribute front office metrics for each clinic to Director of Integration with recommendations for improvement as necessary
Work with Director of Integration, Director of Front Office Operations, Regional PCs, and Central Billing Office to monitor new clinic's financial metrics including co-pay collection, authorizations, registration errors, etc.
Participate as a member of the Regional PC Team to ensure the front office staff adheres to the company's policies and work with team to formulate a plan to improve the company's standards and policies as necessary
Ensure compliance with all front office operational procedures
Perform other diverse duties as requested or required.
