Daily review and reporting of partner progress on active integration project
Work with the Dell teams in Austin to understand awarded business and customer expectations regarding design content and delivery timelines
Develop and communicate integration forecasts to partners to ensure resources (staff and equipment) are properly planned and managed
Inform the Dell teams located in Austin Texas regarding partner commits and progress
Coordinate Dell teams when vendor partner requires additional engagement or issue resolution that extends beyond the partners capability or responsibility
Metric tracking for continuous improvement and quarterly business reviews
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Prior experience with manufacturing operations
General knowledge of IT hardware used in data centers
Experience with manufacturing and change management processes
Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Project Management of Operations or Fulfillment efforts
