CTG is currently recruitingfor multiple resources to serve as Expert Integration Engineers for a Veterans Administration(VA) Healthcare IT project in the Pacific Northwest.

The Technical SME SiteAssessment Engineer/Integration Engineer will serve as lead for site specificdeployment analysis and assessments and ensure coordination with ChiefTechnology Officer (CTO) pillar of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (e.g.Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Testing).

Technical SME Site AssessmentEngineer/Integration Engineer will also serve as SME in several of thefollowing areas:

  • Non-Care Devices

  • UserAdministrative: Desktop Applications, Authentication

  • Security

  • Computers (Laptops/ Desktops, Win 10 Image, Versions, Office Integration, Monitors, Readers)

  • Mobile Devices

  • Core Facility

  • Core Services

  • Identity and

Access Management

  • Printers/Imaging(Enterprise, Local, Specialty)
  • Communications(VOIP / Video / Teleconference devices)
  • Monitoring and

Management (Software Distribution, SCCM, Patch Mgt., Segment Monitoring, EHRMManager of Managers)

An Expert Integration Engineer must createstrategies and plans for integration of multiple IT systems/subsystems into anoperational unit, ensuring full functional and performance capabilities areretained. Coordinate with developmentand user teams to assess risks, goals and needs and ensure that all areadequately addressed. The expertintegration engineer must be experienced in introducing new hardware orsoftware into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption andmitigating risks. The expert integrationengineer must be cost conscience as well addressing goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreein computer science, engineering, math, or equivalent

  • At least 15 yearsof professional experience (23 years if degree requirement is not met)

  • Microsoft Visio

  • Health ITExperience

  • Deep technicalknowledge in at least one of the area described above

  • Veterans Administration(VA) experience preferred

Duration: 1 year withpotential extensions (up to 5 yrs)

Location: Spokane, WA with occasional travel to DC and Kansas City

We're looking for a Social and Health Program Consultant 2 to join our team to help build DCYF, working toward the common goal of eliminating child and youth outcome disparities based on race and ethnicity. We need your regulatory licensing experience in our Spokane office to license childcare centers and school age programs. You will administer uniform procedures for recruitment, development, licensing, technical assistance, monitoring, complaint inspections, and legal activities of all required childcare and early learning environments, including but not limited to Child Care Centers, School Age Programs, and Family Home Child Care. Some of what you'll do: * Evaluate childcare centers and school age program premises, applicants and licensees to determine compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and determine suitability for licensure, and ensure the environment is safe and healthy. * Ensure all regulations are met by service providers through site visits and inspections. * Identify violations of any regulations and help service providers become compliant. * Participate in court proceedings and the legal process, such as legal letter writing and testifying in court cases as a department representative or a witness. * Facilitate and present information to large and small groups of diverse participants regarding the licensing process and requirements, quality childcare practices, resources and support services. * Manage an assigned caseload and meet deadlines with competing priorities. * Manage complex situations through staffing with direct supervisor, and coordinate with external team players and follow through with service providers to insure compliance of licensing regulations. * Coordinate and work with a multi-disciplinary team internally and externally to access resources for service providers, children and families. What we are looking for: Professionals who have one year experience as a Social Service Specialist 2 OR A Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education, social work, social services, a health or social science, public administration or a related field, and three years of professional experience in planning, administering, developing, or delivering social, financial, health, or chemical dependency treatment services programs. Note: College-level course work may substitute for degree type if 30 semester or 45 quarter credits are in social services or child development disciplines. The above experience may include professional level child care licensing or early childhood education in a licensed childcare setting or formal early childhood setting. Experience may also include child care compiling and evaluating facts to recommend for management action, or decide compliance with program guidelines and regulations. In addition to the above education and experience, the following qualifications are highly desired for all levels: * Professional level childcare licensing or early childhood education in a licensed childcare setting or formal early childhood setting. * Knowledge: Principals of child development; risk assessment and decision making; Research and applying law and regulations; interviewing techniques; role of expert representative in both court proceedings and multi-disciplinary team service delivery; concepts of group work and group dynamics; current literature on early care and education practices; concepts of community organization as applied to the development of community resources. * Skills and Abilities: Ability to deduce potential impacts of conditions or assess risk; computer skills including the use of mobile computing devices; ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, clients, and the public as required to carry out the assigned duties of the position; explain in writing and verbally, complex technical and regulatory information in a clear and concise non-threatening but factual manner to clients and the public of diverse cultural backgrounds. * Knowledge of foster care or adult care licensing process. * Experience in monitoring or overseeing Head Start or ECEAP performance standards. * Knowledge in interview techniques and risk assessment in childcare settings.
