Job Description

Summit Health, a VillageMD company, as an organization, is passionate about providing the highest level of care possible. This position is responsible for timely and accurate design, build and testing of integrations. Troubleshooting and resolution of integration related defects. Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify requirements, support error resolution and work with vendors to meet functional requirements.

Major Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of a Workday Integration Developer are:

  • Manage system integrations within the Workday ecosystem spanning HCM, Finance and Procurement

  • Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and develop new integrations

  • Monitor and respond to interface failure events and manage incidents to resolution with the end-user or vendor contact

  • Fully review and document interface specifications and deployment models

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Follow AGILE methodology of design, build and validation

  • Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards related to financials and human capital records.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) in general

  • Strong technical experience with XML and XLST

  • Knowledge of Workday development tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer)

Qualifications

A candidate's qualifications will include:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Required

  • Minimum of 2-4 successful years in a technical environment preferred

  • Ability to think logically and apply mathematical principles to compliant resolution

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

  • Flexible and approachable to colleagues and inter-departmental stakeholders

  • High degree of comfort working through an interface project from design, testing, deploy and support

Pay Range $85,000-100,000

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position
