About Your Business Area/Department :

API consulting is part of 'Customer Operations' department under 'Travel Unit' area. API Consulting team provides services to assist customers to integrate Amadeus Travel APIs.

Summary of the role:

Support customers in the most complex cases of Amadeus API products (Web Services, JSON/REST) or solutions integration. Provide billable consultancy / integration services to improve business performance."

In this role you'll:

"Amadeus offers to external customers (OLTAs, Traditional travel agencies, TMCs, MetaSearch, 3rd Party development companies) a set of APIs

• Web services (or other interfaces) enabling them to access the Amadeus functionality and content. While based on industry standards, these solutions present some specific technical aspects induced by the Amadeus architecture. In addition, the range of travel functionality accessible is very wide, which adds to the complexity of the environment.

About the ideal candidate:

Bachelor's Degree

• University degree (4 to 5 years) or equivalent qualification.

• Customer management & support responsibility and customer facing exposure is a plus

• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus

• Project management skills

• Web Services Technology, Project management skills

• Software Development and consulting expertise is a plus

• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

• Communication skills including presentation skills in a high-tech environment

• Ability to influence cross-functionally

• Analytical and conceptual thinking skill

• Autonomy and initiative
