Integration Architect, OIC

Overview:

Our client is looking for a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud Architect to operate in a crucial role on a top priority, high visibility project. This role will be focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using OIC. Our client needs someone with deep technical expertise in integration patterns, cloud architecture, and Oracle technologies with a strong understanding of enterprise business processes and requirements who can work effectively in a very fast-paced, fluid environment with tight timelines and multiple high priority deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud while factoring in scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Design integration flows, mappings, and transformations to meet business requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives.

• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications for Developers to successfully execute upon.

• ???????Perform hands-on OIC development work.

• Leverage expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities including adapters, connectors, APIs, and pre-built integrations. Stay updated with platform updates and enhancements to optimize integration designs.

• Define and promote integration best practices, standards, and guidelines. Ensure adherence to architecture principles, design patterns, and coding standards across integration projects.

• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions. Monitor integration workflows and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

• Implement security measures and protocols to protect data in transit and at rest. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to data integration and privacy.

• Create technical documentation, diagrams, and knowledge base articles. Conduct training sessions and workshops for development teams and stakeholders on Oracle Integration Cloud features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Excellent experience and acumen in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies (Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus). Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.

• Demonstrated experience on Oracle Cloud projects.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIPs) and messaging protocols (REST, SOAP, JMS). Experience with data mapping, transformation, and mediation techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to work effectively on a highly visible, mission critical projects with tight timelines and a number of high priority deliverables.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and implement effective solutions.

• Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect, and related Oracle certifications.
