Currently Kellton Tech is looking for talented resources for one of their listed clients. Below are further details on the positions:

Position: Integration Architect

Client is basically looking for an Integration Architect with knowledge in continuous integration/continuous delivery, who works well in a co-located agile environment.
The ideal candidate can shepard processes through the organization and understands how to work within the defined Client processes.
This position will be for building out an integration layer exposing data from a backend mainframe system to create an omni-channel experience with web, mobile app, IVR, CRM, cloud.
Experience with integrating backend to external customer applications is needed
JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, the IT Architect participates in all aspects of application delivery.
The IT Architect will work closely with the developers and other project team members on low to medium scale assignments of minimum to medium risk.
The IT Architect will gather and analyze user requirements, generate conceptual design and develop implementation strategies.
This position requires basic communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
This position also involves extensive interactions with business unit customers requiring the IT Architect to have a good mixture of business knowledge and technical skills.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Examine and evaluate current business processes and tasks, and develop ideas for improvement.
Convert knowledge and ideas into better ways of doing business or into new or improved products and services.
Participate in review, evaluation, and recommendation of new technologies.
Assist with the preparation of resource estimates, evaluations, and recommendations.
Identify, control and manage the impact of uncertain harmful technology events on the project and the project deliverables.
Use diagrams to help discover, communicate and understand the problem being solved and develop the software solution.
Use patterns as a fundamental structural organization schema for software systems.
Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Companys Corporate Compliance Policy.
Understand and support the policies, values, principles, structure and behavior of Client.
Ensures alignment to Clients supported technology stack with all provided solutions.
Promote continuous improvement within the project team.
REQUIREMENTS BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Associates Degree in Computer Science with 2 years of Architecture related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years Architecture related experience.
Experience: Typically 6 or more years of Architecture or related experience (in addition to any experience identified above)

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs. The Senior Technical Architect will provide technology direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. This role is considered part of the Business Unit Leadership team and may mentor Junior Architects and /or development team members. Responsibilities * Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation. * Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains. * Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features. * Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions. * Own development of a few features in every Sprint. * Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production. * Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks. * Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications. * Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams. Qualifications * 10 or more years Hands on Experience with API / Integration tools and patterns including: Mulesoft, APIGEE, or SOA/ESB Technologies such as Oracle SOA, Tibco and IBM * 3 or more years prior management or supervisory experience leading multi-shore teams of software developers and engineers with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight * Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems. * Good understanding of OO languages such as Java J2EE, node.js Angular JS, Python etc and JMS technologies including WebShphre MQ, Oracle AQ * Prior experience with service development concepts, XML and JSON, SOAP and REST * Proficiency with SQL and Non SQL Databases, DevOps and CI/CD tools * Willingness to provide 24*7 support on Rotation basis (Every few weeks) * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. * Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction. * Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point. * Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. * Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies. * Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes. * Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities. * Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. * Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents. * Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
