Integration Architect IBM WTX (ITXA)

Prolifics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect with experience designing, building and deploying complex IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA) systems. The successful candidate will be part of an elite consulting team responsible for the design, development and implementation of solutions for our Global 1000 customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required skills:

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery alignment

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong analytical and design skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical designs that work well within large-scale, well-structured enterprise environments

  • Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions

  • Can work independently effectively and self-directed

Technical Qualifications:

  • In depth hands on experience on ITXA architecture and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) principles

  • Must have extensive experience with performance tuning and optimization of ITXA at the application, database and infrastructure level

  • Experience on EDI standards including X12 and EDIFACT

  • Advanced knowledge of EDI process integration and experience migrating legacy EDI processes to ITXA is a must

  • Expert knowledge of ITX functionality including Map Design, Type Trees ,Error Handling ,Design Studio, Module Deployment, EDI standards validation

  • Expert knowledge of ITXA functionality including Partner Management, Envelope Management, Functional Acknowledgement creation and reconciliation, EDI standards validation, Error Handling and API Calls

  • Should have experience on deploying ITXA with DB2LUW Advanced Enterprise Edition in Linux environments
