All Course Directors must be able to research AFSOC needs and draft course outlines. After training courses are developed, Course Directors shall test and verify courses are effective.
Course Directors may take on an advisory role when courseware is being developed. Course Directors shall schedule classes, students, and classrooms.
Essential Job Functions:
Integrated Warfighting Course Director: Develop, review, present, and assess lessons, programs of instruction, and courses at USAFSOS.
Educate students on how to successfully operate in the Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multinational (JIIM) environment including the fundamental principles and guidance to facilitate a whole government collaboration with JIIM organizations and NGOs while performing SOF and aviation integration and solutions to national challenges. Assist with the AFSOC Warfighting family of courses.
In lieu Of Bachelor's degree: 6 years' work experience OR Associate's degree + 4 years' work experience
Master's degree is preferred
