Identity Access Management (IAM) is divided into two business lines: Identify Services and Access Services. The primary services supported are the Master Person Index, Provisioning, Authorization Management Service, Single Sign-On Internal/ External, Veteran Health Identification Card, and Compliance Auditing Reporting.  

9th Way Insignia has an opening for an Integrated Schedule Analyst to work in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) on the Identity and Access Management (IAM). This high-profile position serves as Insignia’s primary point of contact and leads the day-to-day contract operations, ensuring that the IAM technical scope is delivered within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Professional Level 

The Integrated Schedule Analyst position aligns as Level 3 Associate at 9th Way Insignia.  A Senior Consultant completes tasks and projects of moderate scope and complexity. A Senior Consultant exercises the best judgement and problem-solving skills within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action to execute assignments. Senior Consultant will also provide guidance and/or lead on tasks/projects. 

Functional Job (LCAT) Information

The Integrated Scheduler has experience in coordinating with various program/project participants to gather schedule data, including individual discrete events, relationships (dependencies) among events and actual schedule progress. They must possess the ability to validate schedule logic following data input and have the ability to create standard report formats and ad hoc reports as directed by senior staff. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, update, and analyze integrated project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, and milestone charts. 

  • Perform detailed schedule analysis, including risk assessment, critical path identification, and conflict resolution. 

  • Understand charts and reports, providing advice to project teams. 

  • Measure performance, monitor effectiveness, and maintain changes. 

  • Produce reports based on schedule analysis. 

  • Work with multiple stakeholders, including procurement, business management, schedulers, systems engineering, and network engineering. 

  • Ensure major project and program schedule plans are correctly integrated horizontally and vertically across multiple organizations. 

  • Collaborate with other disciplines, such as network engineers, project managers, financial analysts, and systems engineers. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, office management, or experience in related field. 

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. 

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and collaboration. 

Salary Range 

The salary range for this position is $60,069.90 to $87,936.09.
