Description:We are Lockheed Martin

This position provides planning/scheduling support for the F-35, Joint Strike Fighter Program by giving Day-to-Day direction to the Integrated Planning and Proposals team.

Exercise leadership on near-term to long-range PP&I initiatives. Lead the team to provide integrated program planning support for the Air System Playbook and proposals. Lead and serve as the SME for scheduling matters related to proposal planning products. Ensure applicable scheduling practices are actively coordinated, at all levels, with related functional disciplines. This position regularly interacts with Aero Function on matters related to proposal schedules and reviews.

• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at

a facility that requires special access. Candidate must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM).

• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

• Knowledge of DCMA Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics

• Experience with Scheduling Software such as Open Plan, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.

• Experience with performing and adjudicating Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics.

Desired Skills:

• Leadership Experience.

• CDRL knowledge and experience with DI-MGMT-81861A Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), DI-MGMT-81861B Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) and/or DI-MGMT-81650 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

• Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.

• Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor & government furnished equipment integration with a Prime Contractor's IMS

• Experience with DCMA Earned Value Audits.

• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan.

• Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Experience.

• Prior Aerospace Experience.

• Demonstrated Verbal and Written Communications Skills.

• Strong Presentation Skills.
