Our facility in Huntsville, AL has an immediate opportunity for a mid-career level Program Planner to join our mission supporting deep space exploration within in our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business. Be a part of returning the first sample from another planet! Join our team in racing to launch the first rocket from the surface of Mars and protect the sample as it returns to Earth. As a Program Planner on our team, you will perform various activities for programs and proposals:
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will.
Interface with programs, proposal teams and product teams on schedule related topics
Identify and drive planning process improvements for the line of business
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project Server
Combine multi-functional inputs to encompass the end-to-end program lifecycle
Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the Program
Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals
Develop schedules that incorporate contractual scope, workflow, and resources
This position is contingent upon a program award anticipated for Q1 2022.

1-2 years of previous planning/scheduling experience
Earned Value Management experience
Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
Experience with Microsoft Project Server, @Risk and One Pager Pro
Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft program
Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process
Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail and
Strong influencing and relationship management skills
Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
