Responsible for the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules to meet customer objectives
Developing, planning and maintaining detailed schedules
Coordinating and consolidating schedules to ensure all detailed work plans are consistent with Contract scheduling policies and included in the Integrated Master Schedule
Troubleshooting and monitoring potential scheduling problems
Determining, monitoring and reviewing all project schedules to include resources, interdependences, and risk
Providing input and recommendations to Program Managers and Senior Management regarding scheduling conflicts/ changes
Maintaining accurate records/ paperwork
Identifying major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and other project events
Reporting to Senior Management with schedule related status and reports
Facilitating and participating in weekly program and schedule reviews Assisting in recording and tracking program review meeting minutes and action items
Providing planning assistance to program managers as needed
Working closely with other schedulers to develop scheduling policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology and/or equivalent experience
4-6 years of Scheduling and/or Project Management experience
Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Analysis/Management, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS),
Demonstrated experience in using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent Microsoft Project experience (or similar project scheduling software)
Deltek CostPoint experience a plus
PMI Project Scheduling Professional Certification (PMI-SP) a plus
