About This Role
We're hiring for an Integrated Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager to join our Business Development and Partnerships team in Palo Alto, CA. On this team, you will play a critical role in bringing Hippo's seamless, digital experience and modernized insurance product to our partners and their customers across verticals including home builders, mortgage, smart home, and more.
In this role, you will define and execute the marketing strategy fueling Hippo's B2B2C partnerships. You'll test and iterate on different campaigns and you'll use your learnings to build scalable playbooks for our partners.
You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth within individual partnerships and for the channel as a whole.
You're a "swiss army knife" of marketing and can collaborate with cross-functional partners across all business teams.
You can leverage your existing B2B and B2C marketing experience to make an immediate impact on our key business metrics.
You are data driven and experienced with A/B testing, using results to optimize campaigns.
You enjoy tackling various challenges under the Marketing umbrella and are passionate about taking ownership, driving impact and solving problems.
Own our B2B2C marketing funnel end to end, from lead generation through conversion.
Develop a deep understanding of our who our B2B2C customer is, the core value props Hippo can offer them, and how to leverage partner-owned channels to reach them.
Lead strategy, creative development, messaging/positioning, segmentation of communications, email marketing, and campaign tracking to drive substantial business impact.
Support the launch of new partnerships while growing and optimizing existing ones.
Work closely with external partners to monitor campaigns and ensure success in all areas of media platforms.
Create robust experimentation programs that will help us quickly know what's working and what's not. Distill key insights and action on them to constantly improve performance.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, partner marketing, content development
Experience and proven results driving B2C & B2B content and email marketing
Extensive experience producing cross-functional marketing campaigns that drive traffic/leads
Strong project management experience, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail
