About the Role

We seek a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who loves technology and entertainment for the position of Integrated Marketing Intern.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a head for analytics and process, a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem-solving, and a self-starter attitude. They will be non-political and able to work with stakeholders across different business and functional teams.

They will work to understand priorities, develop and communicate a plan, prioritize appropriately, and deliver commitments on time. They will successfully execute integrated marketing programs by building complete project plans based on the desired project goal.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive collaboration across multiple development areas to ensure alignment on priorities of growth projects for the integrated marketing team.

  • Own the development of a system to rank and prioritize potential projects and drive alignment among key stakeholders.

  • Work with analytics and other team members to develop potential project impact size, success criteria, and tracking for prioritized projects.

  • Build a framework to analyze and report key success metrics on select integrated marketing programs.

We're excited if you have

  • Experience and knowledge of the functions of Marketing teams.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a creative mindset.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

  • Skilled communicator with good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to succinctly communicate and facilitate project discussions.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish. It must work well with little oversight, but it must also be aware of when/how to ask for assistance from senior team members or flag risks that need to be addressed.

  • Prioritization skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
