Who You'll Work With:

The US Retail Marketing Team designs and manages the implementation of all channel and digital marketing strategies for the US retail markets. This team is responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, events, and communications to support the sale of our US Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Separately Managed Accounts. The team helps design, develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans that raise the visibility of our products, services and brand, while also driving revenue growth and client retention.

What You'll Do:

The VP, Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for driving interest in AB's focus products and nurturing customers through innovative campaign approaches. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing for the US Retail channel, the role will support the broad efforts of the team to generate measurable marketing results across digital channels (advertising, email, social, web, etc). You will help identify high-impact moments in the customer journey and design and implement campaigns end-to-end, including: strategy, content, creative development, execution, testing, and performance analysis while partnering closely with others in US Retail Marketing, advertising, digital marketing, and product experts.

The candidate will have experience creating integrated campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools, applying digital marketing tactics in innovative ways, collaborating across teams, and managing ambiguity to achieve results.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and build end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on driving brand awareness and engagement from targeted prospects and clients. Campaigns will be developed to align with business growth objectives.

  • Create an understanding of client needs/pain-points, prioritize and execute against them based on an expected client journey.

  • Lead campaign execution in partnership with cross-functional teams, including product experts, digital marketing, and creative teams.

  • In collaboration with Digital Marketing, leverage marketing automation tools to personalize the client experience and increase engagement.

  • Utilize data and analytics to test and inform marketing activities.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, informing US Retail and partner teams about timelines and requirements.

  • Deliver post-campaign reporting and analysis, presenting results with senior leaders as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, marketing operations, or related work experience. Financial services experience a plus.

  • Business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) digital marketing experience.

  • Experience working with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Marketo, Pardot, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, or other industry equivalents.

  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to manage key stakeholders to deliver critical business results.

  • Experience partnering with designers and creative partners to develop visual assets for various campaigns.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational and team boundaries.

  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment.

  • Proven record for data-driven decision making, innovative approaches and smart risk taking.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategy in digital marketing landscape.

  • Big picture problem solving - thrives in ambiguity and has keen ability to identify gaps/overlaps across teams/orgs and projects.
