Integrated Customer Strategy Specialist (1804578) Shakopee, MN Where the Chemistry Happens The Integrated Customer Strategy Specialist is a key role within the Marketing organization.

This position will act as the bridge between our platforms/ tools and the users who interact with these systems. User groups include sales, marketing, customer service, finance, customer support, and technical services. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day contact to ensure the maintenance and support of these tools as well as develop and manage features, functionality, and processes to enhance usability and system performance.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Understand the Integrated Customer Strategy and related sales, marketing, and business processes. Work with external partners to develop and enhance digital tools for customer relationship management. Execute quarterly releases of system and database upgrades.

Manage databases, troubleshoot, and apply best practices related to data hygiene. Lead a cross-functional super user group, gather feedback, and prioritize technology enhancements improvement team to advance digital tools that support the Integrated Customer Strategy. Provide user support and create effective training materials to onboard new users.

Deliver metrics and reports for marketing and sales programs including push and pull marketing campaigns, sales pipeline development, opportunity tracking, customer segmentation and engagement. Manage daily interaction with the external development partners. Set priorities and manage timelines.

Customer Support Specialist, Construction Systems (1805463) – Shakopee, MN Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to provide support to customers through broad knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures. In this role, you will ensure the Voice of the Customer is represented in our processes and policies and Initiate necessary actions required to remove any obstacles that may impact BASF's ability to satisfy customer requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for representing Customer Care on special projects as assigned by Customer Care Managers and exhibit positive image of self and corporation, even in difficult and stressful situations. Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Leveraging your education in Business or other relevant discipline, you will have a primary responsibility for executing Order-to-Cash, managing the domestic and international Order-to-Cash process and sub-processes, and managing customer inquiries including, but not limited to, those presented via phone and e-mail. Utilizing the Non-Conformance Management System, you will track and identify opportunities for corrective and preventative actions. In addition, you will manage exception reports to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Using your decision-making authority, you will determine how to prioritize responsibilities and balance short- and medium-term objectives while successfully ensuring completion of routine job duties. Demonstrating your effective interpersonal skills, you will build rapport with customers, internal functions and external service providers to better understand what can be done to improve internal and external processes and procedures. Acting with intense customer focus, you will support Construction Systems Customer Care team members and processes. Your strong business acumen will be applied as you manage Credits/Debits/Returns as assigned by the Customer Care Manager to support the Customer Experience.
