Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of technical responsibilities in the development of integrated circuits, including circuit design (primarily digital, some analog), simulation, layout supervision and verification, preparation of test plans, product characterization, and documentation.
• Conduct bench evaluations at both the silicon and applications levels, ensuring correlation between bench and test results.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and collaborate with other groups to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, creativity in problem-solving, and adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Embrace constructive criticism as an opportunity for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: BSEE required – MSEE preferred with emphasis on Digital and Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) Design.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Analog IC Design, with some experience in high voltage AC/DC technical aspects preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital design, RTL synthesis, Verilog AMS, SystemVerilog, and familiarity with analog circuit blocks and device physics.
