SCHEDULE: 0.01FTE PRN As Needed
Under general supervision, provides intake and referral services to the Behavioral Health Department programs, including but not limited to phone, face-to-face and emergency assessments and insurance/payment verification and authorization.
Master's degree in Behavioral Health Related Field or current California RN license required.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
State of California License in: Marriage and Family Counseling, (LMFT), Social work (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Clinical Psychology (Ph.D, Psy.D.).
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a behavioral health field.
Ability to learn and utilize computerized patient care management system.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Must effectively read, write and verbally communicate in the English language.
