Intake/Assessment Therapist

Fraser is seeking mental health professionals to provide services within our Initial Access program. Canidates must hold an active Minnesota clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC). In this position you will provide initial screening, assessment, treatment plans for clients ages 0-5 or 6-13 with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns; Accurately evaluate and make recommendations based on these evaluations. This is a hybrid position, and external hires are eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus

Qualifications

• Current licensure from the State of MN (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) required

• DC 0-5 Certified (if interested in 0-5 caseload)

• Master's degree in mental health field required

• Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required

Responsibilities

• Provide initial screening and assessment according to presenting need for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.

• Accurately evaluate an individual's observed and stated symptoms and make recommendations based on these evaluations.

• Write assessments succinctly and efficiently in order to recommend and refer for supports.

• Effectively engage individuals and families to formulate realistic treatment goals as part of the individual's initial integrated treatment plan.

• Work collaboratively within Fraser teams and across the service system to build positive working relationships to best support individuals seeking services.

• Conduct diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for clients with behavioral health concerns.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapies for children and adolescents.

• Utilize person-centered, responsive approaches to provide therapies and interventions to individuals served as needed.

• Standard business hours, Monday - Friday

• Compensation: starting salary $71,000- $76,000, actual salary depends on qualifications and experience

• $3,000 hiring bonus for external hires
