Overview

The Role

The IMI Insyt Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of IMI Insyt engineering studies. This requires coordination between customer stakeholders and the Insyt Engineering team. The position will also interface with internal stakeholders to accomplish project management and financial tasks related but not limited to, scheduling, forecasting, invoicing, tracking, reporting, etc. The IMI Insyt Project Manager will also facility product development projects executed with internal IMI resources and external 3rd parties. This position will also be challenged to look for process improvement and automation to help streamline execution and increase efficiency of the entire IMI Insyt team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Order acknowledgement and Kickoff

  • Customer coordination and scheduling, communication of timelines and deliverables

  • Driving internal schedules and keeping Insyt team on task and on-time

  • Departmental communication when needed; i.e. support conversations with inside sales, outside sales, AES, AE, etc.

  • Manage RnD related projects on software development, AI/ML, automation, etc.

  • Interface with global partners within IMI as Insyt scales

  • Establish and track sales and business related KPIs - reporting and forecasting

  • Consistently look for ways to improve internal processes, automate, and improve overall efficiency of the team

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of project management, sales or administrative experience at a larger sized company or corporation in the industrial space

  • B.A./B.S. Technical or Engineering Related preferred

  • Independent worker

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with and communicating with customers

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, science/engineering related field preferred

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Open to travel

Salary range: $63,000 annual - $85,000 annual, depending on experience.
