  Establish Deductibles Specify Definitions and Subrogation Draft Proposals & Policy Terms Bind Policies Typical Risks Covered: Unintentional and unknown breaches of the representations and warranties made in an acquisition or merger agreement. Breach of covenants and special indemnities Political, Environmental, Regulatory, Tax, etc. issued.
