Description Our large healthcare client is looking for charismatic and customer service-oriented candidates for multiple Customer Service Representative (Insurance Specialist) openings in Warrendale, PA.
5-6 month contract
These positions will start in September!
Training provided2-3 weeks of training, 8:00am-4:30pm M-FOnce training complete will either work from 9:00am-6:00pm M-F or 10:00am-7:00pm M-F The Insurance Specialist is responsible for the accurate and responsive intake of new patient referrals from the Sales Staff, the referring practice professionals or Patient Information Coordinators. Insurance Specialist Manager is looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people Customer Service experience in an office/corporate environment It is NOT a call center but they will be doing outbound calls (20-30 a day) Insurance experience is a plus but not required Positions are not temp-to-hire but if there are workers who show potential and they are full-time openings they would be considered for one of those openings Need to be able to work independently on computers, hands-on typing, know how to work within Windows/Outlook.
