Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales goals through leads and referrals
- Achieve daily quote and call time
- Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements
- Develop insurance quotes, manage sales pipeline, and close sales
- Process customer policy change requests
Requirements
- Michigan Property & Casualty license is required
- If you do not hold a P&C license we offer licensing assistance
- 2+ years prior insurance sales experience, preferably in P&C
- Strong proficiency with computers and technology
- High written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Must be willing to submit a background check
- Be willing to contact existing and prospective clients on a daily basis to maintain sales pipeline
