Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales goals through leads and referrals
Achieve daily quote and call time
Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements
Develop insurance quotes, manage sales pipeline, and close sales
Process customer policy change requests

Requirements

Michigan Property & Casualty license is required
If you do not hold a P&C license we offer licensing assistance
2+ years prior insurance sales experience, preferably in P&C
Strong proficiency with computers and technology
High written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
Must be willing to submit a background check
Be willing to contact existing and prospective clients on a daily basis to maintain sales pipeline
