A Day in the Life: * Front desk agents provide exceptional customer service * You will anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests in a timely manner. * You will maintain positive guest relations at all times. * Front desk agents will resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. * You will maintain a complete knowledge of: hotel features/services, hours of operations, room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, and scheduled daily group activities. * Front desk agents will process all guest check-ins, and verify registration information with the guest. * You will handle overbooked or 'walked' guests. * Front desk agents will accept and record wake-up call requests. * You will communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery). * You will resolve discrepancies on the room status report with housekeeping. * Front desk agents will train with and learn Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed. Maintains knowledge of Company's policies and procedures, as well as applicable housing laws and regulations. Responsibilities * Provides first-line customer service for prospective and current residents, as well as property guests. Maintains welcoming environment in Leasing Office * Leads tours of property, showing vacant units and marketing property amenities * Tracks and follows up with all referrals, walk-ins, and phone inquiries * Develops and maintains reference book detailing property's unique features, amenities, size, vacancies, rental rates, and current leasing promotions * Assists with developing and coordinating leasing events and resident promotional activities * Prepares leasing checklist and package which includes all required forms, deposits, schedules, and information * Processes lease applications * Completes and maintains lease files for each rental, and ensures all files contain required documentation outlined in the Resident File Setup * Collects rental deposits and rent.
