General Responsibilities

Ensure contractual obligations for rental administration are met including proper set-up and proper utilization of authorized rental days. Cross train in all departmental functions. Handle inquires from insurance adjusters as well as operations. Act as back up for other liaisons when assistance is needed with their workloads. Administer proper documentation to effectively communicate information to Hertz personnel regarding status of rental contracts. Report any problems/issues (i.e. system issues, work flows, etc ) to ensure continuous improvement and high level customer service is sustained. Maintain departmental production standards on a daily basis. Pass all quality audits within scope of departmental standards. Ensure all rentals are managed in accordance with contractual standards. Other duties as assigned by management.

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma

  • Some College preferred, not required

Professional Experience:

  • HLE experience preferred, not required

  • Insurance business experience preferred, not required

  • Telephone contact experience in a business environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others

Knowledge:

  • General understanding of Insurance Replacement business.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access)

  • Experience with frequently used Hertz Systems including HLES, HIRS, GAR and Carrent

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a production driven environment

  • Typing 25 wpm (test required)

  • Well developed oral and written communication skills

  • Well developed organization and time management skills.

  • Well developed problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast and frequently changing environment.

  • Strong commitment to customer service.

  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
