Job Description:

Everest Insurance, a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd. is currently recruiting for a Product Management Technical Manager. This role will be part of a larger Actuarial Product Management team that is being built. Location can be New Jersey, New York City, or Philadelphia.

Responsibilities include but are limited to:

Actuarial liaison for major rating system initiatives (e.g., Guidewire, ClarionDoor, EverLink portal).
Technical support for the maintenance of actuarial rating factors in Policy Decisions, Oceanwide, and the Excel Raters.
Managing the migration of the Excel raters onto either ClarionDoor or alternative solutions.
Technical support for Actuarial contributions to state filing submissions, including responses to actuarial crits.

Work Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the property-casualty insurance industry with significant commercial lines pricing experience
Familiarity of pricing, reserving and monitoring for multiple classes of commercial insurance
Previous experience in systems and process development and implementation
Written and verbal communication skills around project requirements and status
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Comfortable establishing and maintaining a network of key business partners
Enjoys operating in a dynamic environment with autonomy, responsibility and visibility
Strong Excel expertise, with proficiency in at least one of the following: SQL, ResQ, Power BI, R, SAS, Python
