Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Coordinator include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Data entry into Excel spreadsheets and company software database.
  • Creates Excel spreadsheets as directed by Mgr or Acct Analyst.
  • Processes routine customer service functions.
  • Electronic filing for department in document mgmt. system
  • Will assist on various projects as needed and assigned by Manager.
  • Must maintain phone coverage for department
  • Will assist in training of new clerks.
  • Provides switchboard relief as needed or assigned.
  • Faxes and copies correspondence using appropriate business machines.
  • Runs various reports
  • Prepares routine correspondence using Microsoft Word.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • College preferred.
  • Prior experience preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong communication, written, organizational and attention to detail skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple project
