Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Support office personnel with meeting planning and administrative tasks.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As a Team Member, you will receive Salary plus bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) 2 weeks vacation, 5 personal sick days a year, paid day off for your birthday and office lunch to celebrate your birthday.
Paid week off between Christmas and New Years as office is closed.

Base Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 commensurate with experience.
Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment Ability to conduct client meetings in the office Property & Casualty license necessary with experience on Liberty Mutual s systems strongly preferred) Life & Health license (is a plus)

Together they create a more productive work environment, while ensuring that our guests get the support they need. The Office Coordinator manages the day-to-day duties of the front desk, maintains office supplies and sorts incoming mail and packages. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer phones and greet and direct visitors appropriately * Maintain the flow of the meeting rooms to keep on schedule * Take inventory of all office supplies and order as needed * Assist meeting organizer in setting up meeting rooms * Maintain the incoming faxes daily * Create shipping labels for departments * Assist in bulk mailings * Sort incoming mail and packages by team location in the mailroom * Upkeep of kitchens and mailroom * i.e. refilling paper and kitchen supplies * Along with Office Manager, maintain outside vendor relationships * Assists the process to oversee contractors engaged in equipment installation, repairs and preventative maintenance * Be a part of the Safety Committee. * Responsible for all maintenance and repairs, contractor activity, and various outside services (cleaning, document storage and disposal and office equipment). * Assist in various facility related tasks, building walkthrough to identify items for repair. * Assist Office Manager in Holding the Penny Hostage. * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor or Associates degree preferred * Minimum 2 years relevant experience * Computer skills including Microsoft Suite * English proficiency required * Ability to perform basic building maintenance Five Below, Inc.
