Job Summary:

The Marketing Representative is responsible for quoting renewals on assigned accounts. This position will work closely with producers to ensure all business is placed appropriately and will follow-up on calls, documents and maintains and updates assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Goes through daily work file and picks up current coverages, premiums, and markets approached prior year

• Forwards files to Marketing VP for markets to be approached for the renewal

• Updates all applications with the insured and obtains current insured information (i.e., ownership, location, type of operation, fleet, drivers)

• Updates all applications for markets being approached for renewal

• Sends out submissions with updated information to all markets: sends out revisions if applicable

• Follows-up with all carriers approached for status of quotes and forwards all requested info to underwriters

• Obtains and logs in quotes

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education required; minimum of years of experience required, commercial insurance highly preferred. P&C license required.

Minimum 2 years experience.

Computer Skills:

PC Skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Knowledge of Applied, EPIC Systems preferred.

Other Qualifications:

Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and be efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also have the ability to work effectively with others. A positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to effectively work with a large variety of personalities.

This is a hybrid role out of the Glendale office location. Required to come into the office 3 days a week. First 30 days will require in office training (Daily).

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $49,000 - $52,000
