What the day will look like
As a Insurance Manager you will:
Part of the Aon team managing relationships for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence;
Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards;
Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required;
Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met;
Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients;
Support the development and implementation of Aon's own strategic objectives;
Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities;
Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
Instil a culture of collaboration, effective communications, and professionalism.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
The successful candidate will:
Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills;
Be from either the insurance, actuarial or accounting sectors;
Be professionally qualified with relevant experience in captive or risk management sector;
Have proven experience of proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; and
Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
