What the day will look like

As a Insurance Manager you will:

• Part of the Aon team managing relationships for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence;

• Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards;

• Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required;

• Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met;

• Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients;

• Support the development and implementation of Aon's own strategic objectives;

• Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities;

• Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and

• Instil a culture of collaboration, effective communications, and professionalism.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

The successful candidate will:

• Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills;

• Be from either the insurance, actuarial or accounting sectors;

• Be professionally qualified with relevant experience in captive or risk management sector;

• Have proven experience of proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; and

• Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
