Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a focus on Insurance Coverage matters to join an established team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in handling insurance coverage cases.

Responsibilities:

Defend insurance companies in first-party lawsuits.
Analyze insurance coverage, including commercial and homeowners' policies.
Conduct depositions, handle arbitrations, and/or participate in trials.
Provide counsel to clients on insurance related matters.
Demonstrate strong research and writing skills.

The firm is located in Center City Philadelphia and currently operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited Law School.
Admitted to practice in PA; admission in NJ is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage matters or insurance litigation.
Exceptional research and writing skills.
